Arthur Hoge's legal practice focuses in three general areas: litigation; estate and charitable planning; and legal and housing matters regarding Greek letter organizations. Mr. Hoge's litigation practice has included contract, tort, employment law, products liability, personal injury, environmental, banking law, ad valorem tax litigation, trustee and trust litigation, and contested estate maters, among others. He has 27 years of litigation experience. Mr. Hoge's practice in estate planning includes from the substantive and complex estates and large estates to the general estates. It includes charitable planning, corporate and business entity planning, business succession planning, and estate administration. He is a frequent lecturer at professional seminars on estate planning matters. Mr. Hoge has a national clientel and a national reputation in representing national and international Greek letter organizations (fraternities and sororities). His representations in this area include litigation matters, both as counsel of record and as consulting counsel, Greek letter organization housing matters, employment law matters, foundation (public charity) formation and tax matters, and general corporate tax matters involving Greek letter organizations, among others. He is a frequent lecturer at national programs presented by various Greek letter trade organizations.
